We will give you the price over the phone, and this price will not change unless you ask us to carry out any other type of work, e.g., a camera survey. If you do want us to carry out other work, the price will be agreed upon with you before the work is done.
Stage 1
We'll arrive on-site and discuss with the customer the issues they are having. The engineer will then carry out their own investigation and pick a maintenance hole cover/drain to work from first.
Stage 2
We'll unwind the required amount of jet line, feed it down the drain pipe in the direction of the blockage, and keep jetting the line until the blockage is cleared.
Stage 3
Once the blockage is cleared, we'll wash down the maintenance holes, replace all of the covers and tidy up.

A drain can be blocked for any number of reasons and cause the customer a lot of problems if not dealt with in a timely manner. A blocked drain can be caused by grease from the kitchen sink, a displaced sewer line, overuse of toilet paper, and sanitary products put down the toilet, to name but a few. In our years of unblocking drains, we have dealt with many different types. A common problem is root ingress from trees and shrubs growing above the sewer line. One of our most quirky unblocks was two dead goldfish flushed down the toilet! If this is a recurring blockage and there is obviously something wrong with the line, we can assess the situation and give you a quote to rectify the problem. There are lots of different ways to unblock your drain, and we will use our experience and every method in our toolbox to clear it.
To all our potential customers who have septic tanks and a blocked drain, please check that your tank is not overfull. If it is, we can empty the tank for you, and on 9/10, the lines will clear while we’re emptying the tank.
